Safety Spotlight- Watch for Children

Now that school is back in session, please be respectful and cautious as you navigate through the neighborhood. If you see motorists passing bus stop signs, gather as much information as you can and phone the Brownsburg Police Non-emergency phone # 317-852-1109 with time, place, description of the vehicle or plate number. (As always dial 911 if there is an emergency)

Action Being Taken for Unpaid Dues

Please note that residents who are persistently delinquent in payment, resulting in a large unpaid balance, of their HOA dues will have a lien applied to their properties.
