Sarah Lakin

President

Sarah is a true hoosier living her entire life somewhere in central Indiana. She has lived in Brownsburg since 2014 and has been a resident in Bersot Crossing for the past 7 years.

Sarah, her husband and her three kids love living in Brownsburg and the schools here (Cardinal, West and BHS).

Sarah is a small business owner, and you can find her at several local Farmers Markets.

Sarah and her kids love to take walks around the neighborhood and have fires at night in the backyard. Away from home, Sarah enjoys traveling, trying new wineries, visiting state parks and attending different Comic Con conventions.

She is proud to be a member of the board and to continue the great work that has been completed in previous years.

Richard Graves

Treasurer

Richard is originally from Indiana but has lived in Alabama, Georgia, Colorado and South Carolina throughout his life. He started out his working career in his family’s music store in Colorado, selling CDs and stereo equipment. A career change then took him to Myrtle Beach, SC where he worked 9 years for the local Minor League Baseball team. He currently works in Ticket Operations for Herschend Family Entertainment as a Testing Specialist.

Richard moved to Bersot Crossing in 2013 with his wife Sarah. They have a 6 year old daughter, Ruby.

Richard can frequently be seen walking the neighborhood or on the B&O with the family’s two dogs. He wants to serve on the HOA board to help make sure this is a community that every home owner is proud be a part of and that each individual gets a fair voice and treated with respect.

Bianca Payne

Assistant Treasurer / Assistant Secretary

Bianca is originally from NW Indiana. She moved to Indianapolis in 2002 after graduating from Indiana University in Bloomington. She is married and moved to Bersot Crossing in the summer of 2021 with her daughter to take advantage of the recommended school system. Also appealing was the additional yard space living in Brownsburg provided. You will often see her outside doing yard work and updating seasonal yard pieces as she enjoys being physically active and keeping appearances neat. Currently she works as a Quality Assurance Consultant and has the responsibility of managing processes to ensure they generate the intended outcome. As process efficiency and improvement activities are a few of her passions, she is happy to serve on the board and help out the community as needed. She takes pride in the beautiful community she has moved into and wants to help maintain the great work that has been done so far. She looks forward to meeting everyone and serving.
