Bersot Crossing is self-managed by the Board of Directors.  All members of the board are comprised of homeowners who volunteer. 

HOA dues are paid on a quarterly ($90.) or yearly basis ($360.) Invoices are either mailed or sent by email for those who sign up.   Any questions can be sent to: Richard@bersotcrossing.com and Sarah@bersotcrossing.com

Please note that HOA dues are the responsibility of every homeowner. If for some reason, you do not receive an invoice, that does not relieve you of the responsibility for dues.
